Grailed is a peer-to-peer marketplace that helps users buy and sell unique vintage clothing online. My team was tasked with discovering marketplace inefficiencies and empowering sellers to generate more sales and revenue. Our product investigation led to the creation of a Seller Offer system that closed the loop on marketplace negotiations, speeding up sales between buyers and sellers.
